Travel Secret #1045: Booking Railway Tickets in India

“If you’re travelling to India, I’d recommend you to visit the International Tourist Bureau to book your train tickets. Navigating the process online is just nearly impossible. Nice & simple.”

  1. Indian trains often get fully-booked weeks in advance as demand often exceeds supply. So it’s worth booking before you get to India if you have limited time or need to be on a particular train soon after your arrival.
